Samsung Memoir, BlackBerry Curve 8520, or myTouch?

I don't know which phone I should get. I have a BlackBerry Pearl, and I really like it as do I like most BB's in general. I am going to be traveling soon and I really like the Memoir camera capabilities aand the touch screen. But I heard the myTouch is insane, but its kind of ugly. I have no clue.
