Must my family follow my funeral and burial plans?

I have not spoken to my family in 10 years. We simply do not get along. I am making funeral, will, trust, and living will doents with Quicken Will Maker. I just paid for a plot in the family cemetary in Missouri. I live in Texas. After I p, are they legally bound to follow the funeral instructions in my funeral plan, and if I have paid for a plot in the family cemetery, and that is put in my funeral plan, as to where I want to be buried, are they required to comply as next of kin? If not, how can I make it a 100% certainty that no matter what anyone else decides, my wishes will be followed and enforced by the courts?
