Even if C02 were causing climate change (which is highly disputed) all of mans emissions account for less than 20%...the rest are from natural occurrences such as volcanoes. As for your solutions, the free market has already determined what is economically viable which is the reason for government interference trying to create artificial demand with credits, prohibitive taxes, and draconian regulation.
