Dimple on my right cheek , but its not genetic what does it mean?

I have a dimple on my right cheek and it shows when i smile. Most of the people say its genetic but it is not so in my case. Nobody in my entire family bloodline has a single/double dimple. Im the only one who has it. What does this mean?. Im 22 years old and i dont think the dimple will disappear
