Can i put a betta and 3 ghost shrimp toghether?

I have a one gallon marina tank from petsmart. I put my betta in there first. Im thinking if i should put 2 or 3 ghost shrimp in there or maybe a pleco. PLEASE HELP!!! I NEED IT FAST!!!!
