Do you think its OK to attend a Lutheran Maundy Thursday service without being a member?

I'm interested in learning more about the Lutheran church. It seems protestant from the basic beliefs but with the liturgical worship, tradition and ascetics like the catholic church. Your thoughts would be appreciated!
