4 month old intolerance to soy??

My 4 month old swtiched from Similac Advanced to Isomil (Soy) after having reflux and colic symptoms for the first month of life. Now she is 4 months and not only do we battle with constant contact allergies (red itchy eyes .. blotchy skin... sudden swelling of eyes) but she also gets what looks like eczema (bright red scaly cheeks) every night. All these things continue to get worse it seems even with changing things around the house. Any possibility that she now has an intolerance to soy and that's causing the eczema and other symptoms?? The ped seems to blow us off (although we ARE there everyday it seems).
