What kind of doctor should I see if I've lost all libido, and pleasurable ual sensation?

I'm not on medication, and wasn't at the time, but for some reason 5 years ago the pleasure sensations went away, while , and my libido dissapeared after that day. felt like urinating after that, and it still isn't very pleasurable today. Just doesn't feel very good anymore, and I've allways been too embarissed to see a doctor about it, but I've decided I want to, but what kind of doctor should I see? Anybody have a clue what could be wrong with me? When I , instead of pleasure, it feels mostly as if I'm urinating, a sort of slightly pleasurable burning sensation, but nothing like the pleasure it used to be.
