The USO in Ft. hood, TX?

I am a PFC at Fort Hood, and if you don't know fort hood is one of the largest United States military installations in the world, and is the home of III Corps, 1st Cavalry Division, 13th Sustained Command, First Army Division West, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, 41st Fires Brigade and many other corps and echelons above corps units. but its USO is smaller and provides less than the USO in Dallas Airport i know the USO is all donations and volunteer.. Is there anyway in can raise money or get money from other USOs without stepping on antibody's toes to help the USO in Fort Hood to expand. my goal is to get them a bigger building, and more resources for the troops that are stationed there besides the 16 ssllllllllloooooow computers the printer that doesn't work all th time the fax machine is down every now and then if anyone could give me some advise it would be great.
