How did the movie hostel part two end?

basically stuart flips a switch in his head and starts going psycho and actually trying to kill beth now, somehow she gets the upper hand and gets him in the chair, the people see what happens on the monitor send like 5 guys with dogs down to the room with the owner of the place and beth has stuart's held with some scissors and offers to buy her way to safety, because she's really rich, so she makes a deal with the owner and chops off stuart's and feeds it to the dogs and when she gets out she finds the girl that lured her to the hostel and chops her head off
