German Shepherd Sleeping Arrangements?

I'll be getting a 9 week old GSD male in July, and I have more than been preparing for him. My dad and aunt have had GSD's all throughout their lives, but have lived on a farm. I'm not sure what to do about where he will sleep when he gets here. Of everything I've read nothing seems to cover this. I'm just not sure if my room, or any particular place is best for him when he gets here.
